Is Buying FIFA Points and Packs Worth It?

I have been buying FIFA points for a long time now and continue to wonder whether buying FIFA points and packs are worth it or not?

Is Buying FIFA Points and Packs Worth? My short answer is no, since these days EA tends to reset or ban the accounts of a big percentage of people who buy coins.

What are FIFA points?

FIFA points are an alternative to coins in FIFA’s Ultimate Team (FUT) mode and can only be bought with real money. FIFA points are used to buy FUT packs which contain players that can either be used or even sold on the games transfer market.

FIFA coins on the other hand can be earned by completing in-game tasks like playing matches and daily objectives.

What we get from the packs?

I have been conducting some research over the net and saw that one FIFA user who had 6992 player cards only got 70 special cards in the pack. Remember that special cards include: hero, OTW, TOTW, TOTS. In this pack opening none were icon cards. Not even 1 of the Top 10 cards was packed out of 6992 player cards.

This FIFA users finding was that when a pack is opened, a card isn’t randomly drawn from the category of ‘rare gold cards’ but rather it is skewed towards those with lesser value. Have you considered that a cheap 80-84 player is much more likely to be packed than an expensive 80-84 player?

My thoughts and those from my research conclude that you should be opening packs at all, regardless of whether you obtain them by spending FIFA coins or by spending your own money on FIFA Points.

So, what is my alternative, well my research concludes that I should continue using FUT Millionaire were for little money I can make over 1 million coins per month.

Before you buy FIFA 19 packs, you should ask yourself if you should do it or not. This is probably the most common question about FUT 19.

The real problem in FUT Ultimate Team is that you do not know what is inside the pack you are buying? When, you buy FIFA 19 packs with FIFA points, the chances of getting good cards are exactly the same as with coins, but instead of investing your coins, you are using real money. It’s like you were buying FIFA coins but you don’t know how much you will have to pay for them. In these cases, only you can say if it is worth to buy packs or not, depending on how much real money you are willing to spend.

My thoughts?

I tend to agree with the most experienced Ultimate Team players agree that it is a bad strategy to buy FIFA 19 packs.
