Playing many games of FUT, experience has shown that having players in the right formation for your style of play is the real key, because even if you have good players, you will still struggle if you build a team suited for a style of play you don’t like or don’t dominate. As players we need to accept that some players are not suited for you or for the formation you play.
Most styles of play require you to have a team that adapts to your skills, and the things that you are really, really good at. Most players will play best in a formation that is suited to their play such as 442.
So when choosing your team think about their natural playing styles and try and select players to that style. As players of FUT we must keep trying out different styles and formations until you find a team that works for you and gives you pleasure to play with, and then try and get stronger players in those positions.
